Objectives

We primarily invest in, and operate, multifamily real estate in Indiana.  We have deep market knowledge, industry relationships, and a track record of success, all of which gives us an “unfair advantage” in our core market.  

Occasionally, we may offer investors the opportunity to earn better than standard terms, or access to deals with high minimum investments typically reserved for family offices or ultra-high net worth individuals. In these cases we take a position as a fund, investing as a limited partner in the deal.  This provides our investors portfolio diversification and access to our network we’ve cultivated for over 10 years with trusted sponsors.
