InvestWise Collective provides retail investors access to institutional quality, highly liquid, short-term debt, secured with low-leverage commercial real estate. The fund targets these equity-like returns by addressing several current challenges in the CRE private lending market and the associated burdens this places on prospective borrowers – time sensitive demand by borrowers creates pricing power on yield.

We seek to provide “equity-like” returns while reducing exposure through positioning capital lower in the capital stack.
